A woman who played a role in the 1991 shooting death of a Marine in Vista was sentenced this week to a prison term of 26 years to life. Kimberly Kamar Andrews, 40, was arrested in Louisiana in 2014, in connection with the cold-case killing of Cpl. Lindell Mitchell Jr., 21, during a Christmas Eve party in his home.
