Julianne Little wasn’t texting and she wasn’t fatigued, a jury found, but she was distracted when she drove onto a sidewalk in Tierrasanta in February, striking two young girls.
One of them — 10-year-old Raquel LeeAnn Rosete — died a few days later of brain injuries.
