Shane McDonald, 22, who was drunk when he caused a wrong-way crash that killed two people near Mira Mesa last year was sentenced Monday to 13 years and eight months in prison. He pleaded guilty in April to gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated and DUI causing great bodily injury.
