It started with a near-miss between two cars headed west on Interstate 8 two years ago.
It ended after a confrontation on a Del Cerro street between the drivers of those vehicles: one of them a security guard wearing a tactical vest he had ordered online, the other a sheriff’s detective in plainclothes…
