21-year prison sentence ordered in San Diego hookah lounge shooting

A man who played a role in a fatal shooting outside a hookah lounge in Rolando was sentenced Thursday to 21 years in prison.

Neil Edward Downey, 28, pleaded guilty in February to one count of voluntary manslaughter and an allegation he committed the crime for the benefit of a street gang.
