About Us

Our office specializes in the defense of clients charged with all violations of state or federal criminal law.  Although we are fully experienced and equipped to handle the most complex violent felony cases (i.e. Murder, Robbery, Burglary, Assault, Domestic Violence and all Sex Crimes etc…), we strive to provide that same level of representation for clients facing all forms of misdemeanor violations (i.e. Drunk Driving, Petty Theft, Fraud, Fish/Game, and Traffic violations etc…).  In addition to handling the initial charges in all criminal matters, our office also handles all probation violation as well as motions for modification, plea withdrawal, and other appellate or post-conviction relief.  In addition to criminal law, we also provide aggressive representation in most civil litigation, civil rights and personal injury matters.  Further, we provide effective representation for all manner of administrative law matters (i.e. Alcoholic Beverage Control Board and other licensing matters).
